New article: “Text Mining and Social Media: When Quantitative Meets Qualitative and Software Meets People”

A chapter I co-authored with Newpolcom researchers Lawrence Ampofo, Simon Collister, and Ben O’Loughlin is now (finally) published.

Our chapter was commissioned by Peter Halfpenny and Rob Procter for their edited volume Innovations in Digital Research Methods. Sage have done a nice job with the book, which is available in paperback.

A pre-publication version of our piece was released as a New Political Communication Unit Working Paper.
